Has playing drunk helped you lose at poker?

gambling and alcohol is a bad combination. I think this thread has already been touched upon. One drink or a beer won't make much difference, but more will.

I learned early on in my career to keep this out. Drinks are for socializing. Poker is all business.

Fundamental rule never enter into any dispute when drunk. It's defeat for sure, whether in poker or any other modality.

Honestly I kind of wanted to experience that lol, but of course playing for a cheap buy-in, therefore, following my management. I could see this way if I would be able to stay focused despite being drunk.

Good afternoon.In my case, once was enough.I just lost a few dollars in that session but I didn´t feel comfortable playing under the effects of alcohol.Fortunately,, I could log out that night on time and avoid losing more money unnecessarily.It is a good lesson to learn.It is much better to play sober.

I don't know how you can sit down to play poker while drunk or under the influence of alcohol? It's never happened to me, and I have my own rules on that.

I very rarely drink alcohol.
In my opinion, alcohol impairs concentration. Of course, sometimes I played drunk, but on those occasions I mostly just lost money.
