The day that it is profitable I will have to pay some promises. For now I prepare, read, study and train to become a poker professional.

You cannot win at poker all the time, the main thing is to pick up your winnings on time so as not to lose the money you earned.

At the moment 100% not. I loose the most of my deposit. But I see it as a hobby so it is not a big deal and I play micro stakes. So probably in the future. I try to get better and I already see progress. My best advance was to play less hands but play those more agressivly. We will see what the future brings. 😊👐

Could playing poker be seen as a way to generate income to live comfortably? Could you spend the rest of your life playing poker and never worry about having a job again?

I know it takes a lot of experience. But don't think you can earn a living from poker.

When you speak of "BUSINESS" based on poker, the first thing that comes to mind is the owners of poker platforms, poker stables, poker agents, casino poker rooms, etc.

Now if you see them from a personal point of view as a way of making a living playing poker, of course it can be achieved, but first you have to go through a long process with a lot of discipline about the game to analyze it, study it and play a lot to understand poker so that you can become a professional.

you will realize that you are already a professional poker player when 100% of your income comes from poker there you can call it work or a lifestyle.

Yes, the business is either from scratch, or you can put the amount into your business deposit.

Hi friend.

Zeros said yes, it can, but you have to spend years perfecting your game until you become a winning player, you will realize it yourself when you start making money and from what I see, there are currently many who are dedicated to teaching, either for low or medium levels, so you can make a living from this, but it requires tremendous preparation, the same Zeros that I learn from, started playing poker in 2010.

I believe that playing poker is a form of business, but it takes a long time to do it. Dedication to studies and training are essential. There are tournaments that last for many hours and days, so having time to play continuously is very important.

Yes, playing poker can be considered as business. You can earn your living.
First you need to know, How much money you need per month for comfortable living?
Second, how many hours you can play with full concentration?
Third, at what limit you are going to play so that you can reach your target?
Fourth, Do you have enough bank roll for regular play?
I think if you coordinate all these factors then maybe you can generate enough for living.
But remember, you should have enough skill to earn money from poker. The money you earn means someone else is losing. It is the survival of the fittest.

I know a lot of experience is needed. But don't think you can make a living from poker.
There are people doing it, so it is definitely possible. I've even done it myself for a brief period in the eighties, but it's a very rough and tumble business.

I think you can make an income from playing poker. Apparently 10% of players are winning poker players. How much income you make is variable and poker may just be a side income for some players. Of course, a lot of dedication and time is often required to become a winning poker player.

Of course, poker is a business. It can be an ideal way of life, but it requires a lot of self-denial, discipline, patience, an understanding family and, of course, appropriate finances.

If you approach poker as a business, and not as entertainment, then this will bring positive results. But for this you need to read a lot of educational literature, analyze your game and have enough time to play a large number of games. That is, with the right approach, poker can turn into a business and bring income sufficient to live on. I've seen this happen over and over again with many people. But these people are very stubborn and hardworking. Such as Arlley Shaban, Mikhail Shalamov, Ivan Demidov, Gleb Tremzin and many others. It's my mind.

I've been trying to get as close to this goal for three years.
but I recognize that along the way I made some mistakes.
It was never the game's fault.
I think the game is very simple, it has its nuances and details.
but in my humble opinion the whole secret of poker is in the bankroll management.

I think poker is a great way to save some money for some of your small desires and joys, as soon as poker turns into the main job, you often start to lose the joy of playing and become too dependent on the result.:)
I agree with you, but if it brings you a better income than the current one, it would be a good one, don't you think?
I would really love to make a living out of poker.

I agree, all the effort in one way or another ends up being rewarded.
I think poker should be no different.
the problem is the excess of frustrations we have along the way.
but with a good mental preparation I also think it's possible.
and I would love for it to happen to me.lol

Of course, without any doubt, poker can be a source of income. But I think that every conscious player should always have alternative sources of income. Such alternative sources can be additional work, financial capital, or property that can bring income, such as real estate.

for 95% of players, poker is not a source of income, but on the contrary, the player is a source of income for poker sites, an attempt to turn poker into a source of income, in most cases fail, because poker is a card game, unfortunately not everything depends on you here, but there is a chance to lose health and shake nerves in trying to turn poker into a source of income

Of course you can make a living playing poker. But you must have a “safety cushion” of several thousand dollars. Because if you catch a husk, you need money to survive it and stay in the game all the time.

Of course, poker is a business, there are people who only earn money from poker and live off it, I don’t make much money, but sometimes I withdraw something
