same for me, when I'm tired my tolerance for bad beats goes way down. I try to avoid it but sometimes I play anyway. Sticking to freerolls works quite well.
Yeah, that makes sense. When you’re tired, even normal bad beats can feel way more frustrating than they should. freerolls are actually a smart compromise — you still get to play and enjoy the game without putting yourself in a spot where fatigue can cost you real money.

If I'm tired, I won't be in the mood to play poker. And if I'm not in the mood, I probably won't have a good result. That's why I don't play when I'm tired.

That’s actually a very solid approach. Poker requires focus, patience, and emotional control, and when you’re tired it’s hard to bring any of those consistently. Knowing when not to play is probably one of the most underrated skills in poker.

Do you ever play poker when you're tired, or do you avoid it completely? I find that when I'm not 100%, I tend to make more mistakes.
Tournament poker is weird too,
You can play great for hours, then lose one flip and it’s over.
That’s why patience matters more than ego.

I think fatigue can definitely affect the game; I always prefer to play when I'm relaxed.
