I would love to become a good professional and make poker a second profession to make money in the most delicious way, and I'm studying hard and striving to reach this level.

One big cash and i'm never playing poker again. Ever.

When i first started playing poker many years ago, I was all about trying to satellite into the Sunday Million to win a big score. Never happened.
Then somewhere along the way, after reading all the books and stuff, I became convinced that it was all about 'grinding', and subsequently became a cash game grinder for a number of years, not playing tourneys at all.

I find grinding dull. I want what i wanted when i started but forgot along the way: one big score.

And by 'big', I mean $60k+. I could do a lot with $60k.

I discovered poker through the films and American series ( The Mentalist ) and began studying at intelipoker and MIT , recently ... I do not say one but a pretense of going to Vegas paid for my skill in poker ... not say professional but chance of good placements in itm a big tournament in vegas rather a large tanning

Always wanted to win big tournaments too. I believe I will win one day. We should not give up but I suggest as I have heard great champions a suggestion that has helped me.
Start and play more maturely and feet on the ground with smaller tournaments and few players even have the strength and sure to get into bigger tournaments.

to say that I dream of becoming a professional player is not as likely to learn how to determine the position and strength of the cards that are on hand. of course I live off of poker, but there is no time in my life to devote to poker.

I often dreaming to play in the premier league and climbing Floopi with pocket kings for all his chips and collect the blinds - but for the moment I wake up and it's a beautiful dream
I would like of course to win the important tournament - even entire the league - but I think each of the players have similar dreams and rethink

My goal and not a dream is to become a semi-pro by the end of the year. I am 25% of the way there. What does that mean to me? I need to net $300 a week average to consider myself a semi-pro.

After that, I want to go pro but will have a minimum of 4 years and maybe as many as 8 depending on my youngest son and his college plans. I will not hit the road until he is out of school. Family first.

I want to free roll all the way to $10,000. Then, once I'm ready, I want to drop some serious cash at the WSOP and try to get in the money! ;) It's so fun when you have the nuts and you slow play it like a boss!!!!

Doubt can put a damper on the best of dreams. So I try and keep my dream alive by aiming to stay the winning player I have become. That in itself has been my dream and Im happy enough just continuing in this way so that I will always have a healthy bankroll.

When I started to learn to play poker and I would not dream of becoming a professional. It was just interesting to play. I have now no such desire. But have a desire to win a good prize in an important tournament. I look at things realistically.
