whenever you risk your money to win money i think, this is called gambling. if you buy a raffle ticket , to win a prize, it might be called taking a chance .

In my opinion poker is a game of skill, reading and aggression. The luck factor also exists but it is the least important, in the end only the players who study the game and use their skills at the tables are winners.
