Yes, for sure its harder nowadays cause there are a lot of courses and online streamers which are giving good advices regarding this game

I think poker is harder, but mostly because the edges are thinner now. Years ago you could beat games just by knowing basic ABC stuff, value betting strong hands, and not punting. Now even recreational players know about ranges, c-bets, and position. That doesn’t mean games are unbeatable, but mistakes are smaller and you have to grind for every bb. Feels less about crushing and more about consistently not messing up

People have more access to information these days than they have in the past. Not only are there forums like CardsChat, where players share information and strategies, but in recent years, a lot of pros have started teaching poker courses. Information on how to play well is readily available. A lot more available than it was even 20 years ago.

That said, I don’t think poker is “solved” or unbeatable. Many players still make the same mistakes: poor tilt control, weak bankroll discipline, and playing too predictably. I’ve found that focusing on fundamentals and table selection still gives a solid edge, especially at lower and mid stakes.

For me, poker hasn’t become impossible—just more competitive. The players who study a little, stay disciplined, and manage emotions can still be profitable.
