Hello, I think the popularity of poker will never go anywhere unless it is banned at all! This game is tempting in that you can win a lot of money in it, just not everyone understands that to win a lot of money you need to work a lot on the game! People always want easy money, but as the practice says, "easy money does not happen"! I wish everyone good luck at the tables, and not only!

Many poker fans want to win money, but do not make enough effort to eventually achieve a positive result for themselves. Sooner or later, everyone will get tired of losing money.
The majority of novice players do not pay enough attention to the game of poker and as a result, this leads to the fact that they just want to win a lot of money, but the path from amateur to professional is quite difficult and filled with a lot of difficulties.
In online poker, players come and go, so not everyone lingers and continues to do their favorite thing.
At the moment, the competition in many poker rooms is very serious and it is very difficult for beginners to cope with this. A good start is one of the most important keys to continue the game. So maybe online poker has lost a little bit of its popularity. You still need to remember about your training in addition to the game.

I don't think this will happen, because despite the money at stake it is a mental game full of emotions and I think there may be, as there are currently peaks of more or less popularity depending on the year, when there are large series of tournaments there are many more people playing , the rest of the time you see less. But I think it is a mental sport that many people are passionate about and we play for fun, beyond that if we earn much better money.

Hi guys,

Do you guys think that poker will someday lose its popularity?

On the contrary, the popularity of poker is increasing day by day and the biggest proof is the increase in the number of poker sites and casinos as well.

I don't think poker is losing its popularity, poker has been around since the wild west and since then it has continued to develop and new variations have been added. There will always be people who have had enough of losing at some point and give up, but there will always be people who will continue to love poker despite everything.

No i don't think so. Throw the pandemic more people started with online poker. Online poker is booming. But if it's possible to play live poker again people will do it. Cause live poker is more interesting. Psychologic component is important.

I don't think so either. There seems to be more and more people joining ggpoker on which I play. And there are many players on my other site, pokerstars.

Poker is now only gaining popularity every day!
Poker will only lose its popularity if there is something more exciting and interesting to replace it!

No,NO/no

Hi Bro! I think that in the near future poker will be relevant. I assume that it will open up new directions, as it did with HOLD'em. Poker will live as long as there are cards. Personally, I want poker to live forever. I like this game.

I don't think that poker was popular, and there was a poker boom in the 2000s, but even at that time it could not be compared with really popular events, like football, boxing, even computer games are much more popular.

Any gambling cannot lose interest. And even a non-gambling game has existed for a very long time and attracts people with interest. Many games are thousands of years old and only over time new rules are introduced.

I do feel that it is a lot less popular than it was 10 years ago. In a way, this makes sense. Poker was a bit hyped during that period. Maybe we will have a new poker boom when it becomes legal again in the USA.

I doubt it, I think people love to play poker all over the world. I live in Asia and I have noticed it growing here in recent years.

I can't see poker going away, but its popularity has definitely taken a hit, even before the pandemic.

I live in WA state, and poker room after poker room has closed its doors. It does not make enough money for casinos here to use up the valuable space. This began happening long before COVID struck. Now our largest poker room (35+ tables) closed for COVID and has announced that it has no plans to re-open.

While the US has some pockets of legalized on-line poker, 90% of the country cannot legally play. So unless we are willing to re-locate, it is a struggle to play recreational poker. Why would we pay to watch a game (PokerGo) when we have no outlet to play it.

There used to be at least 10 different poker rooms within 30 miles of my home, now there is 1. This does not sound like a booming industry to me. You can imagine how all of the regulars, now flock to this one poker room, and the competition here is very tough.

Good luck and God Bless

I don't think so, it has actually become very popular, there are.mukta new people coming into poker.
This also owes the marketing strategies, mainly using Neymar-type football players.
And poker is a fantastic game, when you start to understand the dynamics you fall in love and also you can win some good money.
