Do you also do yoga before any poker session?.

I've read once that yoga helps you're focus and generally is a great help on you're poker game.

Way back while I was playing regularly at casinos I always stop by the comfort room and do some stretching so to get ready for playing.

Also on tournaments I always find a way to get solo on breaks and do some yoga.

I find it very helpful and it shows on my results.

Do others have things they do before and after a game?..I would like to know^_^..

Sounds like a good combination, might give it a try since I've been interested in yoga for a while now, just have to stop procrastinating so much.

Don't you go to gym either because you are not strong?

What nonsense? How can yoga help you win at poker? Yoga doesn't tell you which card in the deck will be next when dealt on the table. If you believe in such nonsense, then it is better to try to predict the future, for example, through tarot cards. Poker is just luck and a little bit of psychology if you play face to face and not over the internet.
But I do not exclude the fact that yoga helps maintain the flexibility of the body.

Yoga does sound cool for others, but I consider deep, good sleep as yoga itself which could be the beginning of yoga. Then yoga got commercialized as any other thing we do or inhale or consume. Then sleep became less in the news than yoga, since it has got a brand new attractive name. Doctors do agree sleep is underrated and yoga is overrated.

I myself have never tried to do yoga and associate it with poker, but the idea is very interesting to try.

I never tried yoga, but I think it has many benefits that can be used at the tables.
