I usually play early in the morning, have breakfast and before starting the session I put on some music that motivates me when it comes to sitting down to play, also a cup of coffee and I try not to open social networks while I play so as not to be distracted and focus more on my game.

It depends. If you're playing tournaments, it's best to go to the bathroom first, drink some water and concentrate a bit. Now whether it's just a cash game or spin and go jus sit down and play.

Before I sit down online for a session I always have a coffee and relax as much as possible. When I play live I like to sit down with a beer it always makes me more relaxed.

I have my own traditions before the start of the gaming session. I first eat, make green tea and only then turn on the poker client. I also just need chill music to control the tilt.

I login 10 mins before the tournament starts. Have a bottle of water near me.

need to check if Internet is working well. need to have a extra internet mobile, if first one have issue, make some good light food, make a coffea, need to have a clean room. ckeck if i have a water.

Sometimes this "preparation" includes some (very) weird stuff ...

For example today with around 20+ minutes to go until cardchat games i am passing time by watching how some bird sings like freaking chainsaw lol
