I certainly must have one. Sometimes i start mtt and then next hour i fell asleep. Or get hungry. Or dont even wana play anymore, shove al in and go do other stuff.

Hi.
Before the game I like to have a good rest. Also, sometimes, if my girlfriend is not at home, I can make myself some sandwiches and definitely coffee or tea.

Just make sure your shores are all done and you have time to be on it...
If you going to try to rush it in tournament you will lose...
So make sure you are all set

I try to be at least reasonably fresh when i sit to play or just play freerolls if not. Other than that i do not have any special preparation and i play when i have time which is most frequently in the evenings after work.

I must be ready to play without any distraction, with some fruit and water for the session, ready playlist

, see before which tournaments I am going to play and in which rooms and now, nothing out of the ordinary

Before the game, I try to eat at least an hour before the game, do the necessary housework so that nothing bothers me. I check my animals, feed and sing with water, and, if necessary, let them go for a walk. I devote a few more minutes of meditation to enter the game in a calm and serene state.

I am not too picky, and all I need for the game is a relaxed atmosphere, cold beer, cigarettes, and a sandwich or pizza.

I believe you mean regimen, not regiment, although sometimes I do enjoy playing poker in my Light Brigade uniform....'into the valley of death rode the six hundred'. Seems apt.

I try to be very careful when choosing my time to play, as it bothers me to have to be absent while already seated.

I have a basic regiment of mental warm ups and getting into a flow, but sometimes I sit down and just dive right in and on those days I definitely feel it take a bit longer to feel the groove.

firstly before any game regardless of the game whether it is high buy low or freeroll we always have to concentrate as much as possible before entering the game and play only with good hands
