Hmmm...

I have played for 8-10 hours at a time in live poker rooms - cash games.
Online, I have managed about 3 hours in a tournament.

When I first started playing poker, which was online, I used to play 8-12 hour sessions at least once a week. Now I'm no where near that, maybe 4-5 hours if I make it deep in a tournament. Otherwise probably 2-3 hours playing cash games.

In live play, I usually only average 3-6 hours. My longest live session was 13 hours but I know people who have played 24-36 hours straight live.

More than 24 hours of continuous game , one or two breaks , playing 5nl 9 max Zoom , I began with half buy in , 2.5$ and made it 26$ , up and down , one table , I didn't want to close the table , I had a awesome good run , an unfair head start to the other players that I wanted to fully take advantage :D .
I made many mistakes , half of them due to tiredness , I lost additional value of 20 $ :( , at the end I stopped playing when I played K10 or K8 , then I understood sth wasn't going well , I was teribly tired and I was playing like a loose fool , that hand cost me 5$ .

Another time like that ,24 hour tiredness brought tilt to me , I lost all the money I had won the previous hour from PLO , 22 $ , I wanted to play a little more in spite of the fact I was tired and I had already closed the winning table, silly me .

Anyway , since then , no more very long poker sessions for me :)

4-5 hours, funny ))

my record is more than 2 days without sleep at offline poker. But I made a great mistake, lost 80% of stack with winning hand and went home.

Ballys, AC, 2-6 limit game..sat at 11:00 friday morning and played till 4 AM Monday morning...65 hours straight. Had to move tables a couple times..game broke thats why it ended...buyin $100..out with $320.
Tell you a funny story..3 years before that I played limit all weekend at ballys straight, and about 5 AM monday game broke, I had a decent profit and thought why not play the 1 no limit table still going. Bad beat was like $316,000, the "lets hit that badbeat" talk was going all weekend like it does when it gets high. So I rack my chips look over at the table and a woman playing says 2 seats open, badbeat might hit. I thought nah, I'm keeping my profit and going.
Yep, that table hit the badbeat at 6:15 AM..1 hour after I didn't sit and left the room !!!

But if you had sat at that table, you would have changed all subsequent deals and the bad beat would not have hit. So really those who hit the bad beat should be thanking you. I think the owe you some money.

My longest is live 1/2 NL for 15 hours straight starting with $200 and ending with $1500 from 6 PM on Friday night until 9 AM the next morning. That was a good night. Got my all in with quad deuces called among a few other really good hands.
