Regarding your initial question, about learning poker to make money, I'd rather say that it's good to learn poker for the interest of the game, not the money the dualistic focus in this way will only derail your learning. If you really like poker learn the game by game and the result and money will be consequences. No one can succeed doing what they don't like or out of an obligation to earn money on the pretext of learning.
