Hmm. well, I spend almost all day in front of the computer. Almost every day at the moment.
I've been in a couple of other poker forums years back, including on Usenet - now archived only - but this is my far the best.
And, believe it or not, my wallet has grown marginally thicker thanks to this place, though not today, sadly,

1. Community - interacting with a highly active poker community can help anyone make better decisions, feeling not alone with bad beats, having laughs with the community about bad beats because if you don't laugh you'd cry.
2. Giggles - Laughing about getting beat with Queens with Kings because, variance.

The first reason is that I consider CChat the most serious poker site in existence.
The second is the players with good sense, fair play does not bluff.
