What are your talismans or poker rituals? Maybe you think that it does not help and is not used? or a completely negative attitude towards such veshems? It is very interesting to know your opinion on this issue.

My only rituals are to try to get sufficient rest, eat prior to playing and get myself mentally prepared.

I don't believe in any good luck charms and feel its more of a hinderance anyway. If I realize later that I forgot it, now I am setting myself back mentally.

Now, every time I need to properly tune in to a poker battle, I turn on the music loudly and the powerful energy of my favorite rhythmic music comes from the speakers. I begin to dance and shed all the wrong and excess negative energy, all the stress accumulated during the day. After all, it can prevent me from making important decisions in a balanced and rational manner. Maybe this is a very unusual and strange ritual, but personally it helps me and I really like it))
