Always have a big bottle of water by me before I start playing and I love to eat a healthy, filling breakfast like scrambled eggs! I also have to have a blanket nearby when I play online because I always wind up getting cold!

I use my mascot in the form of a toad. She always helps me in difficult times.:bath:

maybe some ritual like meditasion or joga will help, rituals which can help you stay focus and clear your mind from trash before playing can help , but talismans... I don't believe it can help :D
