My Let it ride table was pretty funny last night too. A very old grandma had a lucky charm which was a little man - his name was Dick. She kept him in her cup holder until she needed him - then she pulled him out.

You can imagine the conversation at the table lol. The dealer would say "Oh you better pull your Dick out"

I asked her if I could rub her Dick when I was losing.

And on and on.

It was a table full of women - with one empty seat in the middle. Men kept sitting there - then leaving after a few hands lol. They had no idea what we were talking a about lol.

It was hilarious.

If my husband knew I was holding a Dick while playing cards in a casino he would never let me out on my own again.

omg thats so funny my plo8 table was talking about transgenders because of the guys playing in the ladies event... finished 5 out of the money not bad for 1st plo8 live tourn.. home now be back at it sunday

I took a long nap and medicated myself - still don't feel great but better than I did when I first got home.

I hope I am well enough by Sat to go back for the Ladies event.

Yup, wish I had been in it. Seems the CL from Day1 didn't even show up to play.....was comming into the day with about 700k and blinded out in 14th i believe.

From what I think I heard was that he drove home after day 1, within a couple hours away I guess and when he drove back up for day 2 he forgot his license so they wouldn't let him into the casino........all i figure is why the hell drive home when you had to be back in like 12 hours to play again and apparently he lived like a couple hours drive away......so dumb lol.

wsop-C Cherokee Roundup:
Satty $70 out in 4th... was chip leader, grr table chopped at 3
Event 4a $365- CC $165 stake (ty) $200 out level 7
Event 4b $365 out level 10
Seniors $250 out early... went to Poker room and grinded 8 or so hours
Poker Room... to the good $645 or so, most in PLO8. Mistake, left it all on my card so I guess I have to go back soon

Results <$240.00>

I played well in all events except Seniors, runnered out in 4A and aces cracked in 4B. That's poker. So I'm ok with the mtt's, whaccha gonna do?

The Poker room was filled, 30 minute plus waits to get a seat, but worth it. The play was loose and if you were patient and picked good spots, and the hands held, you would be profitable.

Had too much to do here at the house to return as planned but that's ok, the trip was profitable because I was able to meet fellow CC'rs.... that's priceless!

Still sick today so I guess it will be a Sat morning decision.

I hope it is just a very irritating cold that will run it's course - and not strep throat or tonsillitis.

Joe changed jobs this month so we have no insurance until next Thurs lol. I don't mind paying cash to the doctor - but I do mind losing the discount that you get because the insurance companies negotiate max charges etc.

Thanks - but I will get something from the pharmacy today. Picked up some stuff at Harrah's that helps but it was a small quantity.
