Yes. I certainly have days when the world is in cahoots and everything is difficult and problematic. Other days everything just goes smooth.
And this goes for everything, poker included.
It's best not to fight the world when it goes like that... just accept it isn't your day and tomorrow should be better

This is normal in poker, we win in a tournament out of 1000 tournaments played, 30% (we lose money) and 70% of the time we win money.
There is a hand volume factor in online poker, we play more hands than live and we feel that.

I have days when I feel that way, nothing connects my strong hands don’t hold. I am not reading anything right. On those days I just stop playing.

GG seems to be one way or the other I either run like fire and hit miracle hands or I hit nothing at all. 🤷🏼‍♀️. I know it’s just the way it goes or maybe I’m not dialled in some days.

When I feel that way I just have a break and play the next day. I know when I’m not doing well I play differently, Like when you’re winning you hit everything - you play more confidently. It works both ways. I don’t like losing so I just leave it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I can say with many years of experience that there are days when nothing wants to works, there have been a few like that. But since I have a routine and a day like that comes, I recognize the situation and get out of the game that day. It only takes half an hour to an hour and you can recognize when that day is not 'the day'.
