There are defiently "focus hours" for me and my brain. Typically, the first 8 hours after I wake up. This was different when I was younger.

I prefer early afternoon since that's when I have the most patience. Unfortunately that's also when I like to do a lot of other things, especially in the summer. Life is all about choices.

Like other members said, anytime you can bring close to your A game at the tables it's "Go time'

, I also still like the weekends(especially Sunday) and If it's only about the time of any day- I like to play after 17:00 my local time as this is when most recreational players will be playing(still because people have different time zone you'll have to figure this out for yourself by paying close attention to the pool of players in your games...).

It depends on when you feel like playing or have the time to do so.

But if you mean it in terms of the most traffic, then it depends on each poker room in particular. Just do an internet search to find that out. It's probably related to where most of its players live.

There is no better time or level of play. For example, you reach the platinum level of Carschat expecting them to know how to play, and you encounter the same bad players who don't know how to handle their cards (and win). The only thing left is to give it your all. Play when you're not tired and at 100% capacity, based on the right moves.

I wake up at 16-00 and start playing poker, and I keep going into the night. Maybe it's not the healthiest routine, but I just can't seem to break out of it — I sleep during the day and play in the evening and at night.
