participating in the cardschat league helped me meet people who are part of Cardschat and become friends, posting on CC's social networks also helped me communicate directly with people who are part of the forumYou made friends ? How come ? I also wanna make friends. How can I ?
Good luck on your journey, thanks for sharing your storyFinding people with the same passion for this game, different perspectives, opinions, poker strategies, but right now I need to focus my mind on something to distract it, that's why I returned to poker. I'm coming back from an emotional setback. I remember when my father said that you could have at most one friend, and he wasn't wrong. I lost friends I thought were real, but they weren't; the friend was me. Not to mention other attempts with women who turned out to be unfaithful. I'll have to start over, and in the meantime, stay focused on poker, which for now has helped me distract myself from it and overcome it. Thanks, Cardschat.
Welcome ,good luck on your journeyHello everyone,
I've been lacking a suitable community to develop myself both theoretically and practically. Unfortunately, I realized a little late that I wouldn't really get very far on my own. So iam really happy to be here. There are very experienced players and useful contributions on almost all topics. I'm always excited when there are new, exciting posts.
Being on the forum has taught me a lot of important stuff, like how to control my ego, for example. I figured out through the forum that I'm not really cut out to be a serious poker player, and now I'm happy just playing from time to time, with no personal commitment to go pro. What changed in your life after you arrived here at CardsChat?
I made wonderful friends, learned poker and started my Br career with freerolls training with excellent players.
That's what I was talking about, thank you for participating in this topic, your opinion is very important. Here a lot about poker in general, in addition to learning from shared experiences and meeting new players
I don't know if I can yet measure the qualities or skills needed to be a professional player; maybe luck, courage, and having the money to pay the entry fee, I don't know... about poker, I think different things every day.Being on the forum has taught me a lot of important stuff, like how to control my ego, for example. I figured out through the forum that I'm not really cut out to be a serious poker player, and now I'm happy just playing from time to time, with no personal commitment to go pro.
The forum taught me how to recognize my own mistakes, and that's a huge step toward making a change. I've also made a few dear friends here—not many, but they're worth more than a lot of the friends I have in real life. Most of you are in Canada. I won't name names, but if they're reading this, they'll know I'm talking about them.
The forum is a place for knowledge, learning, and personal connections. From where I'm standing, it's a great community of people who are genuinely interested in helping each other out, you know?
