I don't have a special outfit, I don't have the opportunity to play live, only via the Internet.
For this reason, I play in sweatpants or pajamas, depending on the time of day.
Even if I could play live, I don't think I would wear anything special because of it.

Bikini! 😇

(everything comfy online, live is a different story - I dress up like I'm going to some fancy dinner... 😉 )

I play online in shorts and a t-shirt because it's very hot at home and I dress as I'm comfortable. I think if I went offline to play a tournament I would dress decent to look like a respectable man, but since I play poker at home, clothes should just be comfortable

Hello! I rarely play offline, I usually wear comfortable clothes: jeans and a hoodie mostly. If we talk about online poker, I play at home and it’s mostly sportswear;)

Yes, I wear a fox suit before tournaments! It's a little tight, but I'm patient. :ROFLMAO: I don't really pay much attention to my clothes. I can play in my pajamas, for example. :)

I dress conservatively and traditionally so while I'll occasionally wear jeans or leggings with a tunic top, usually I'm in a skirt or maybe a light dress in the summertime.

When I play online I wear whatever I like.

In a public room I wear whatever is suitable.

Hi guys. I was just whizzing through social media and saw a variety of images and videos of people playing poker, both live and online, and I got to wondering whether any of you guys had your very own standards of what to wear when you play poker........ both live and online.

Do you dress for the event?

Do you wear poker themed clothing? I.e. do you wear you CardsChat merchandise clothing, or some other favourite item of clothing that you think brings you luck or makes you feel part of the event, or gets you into the mood or frame of mind to play poker?

I guess it’s more interesting to know what you do when you play online as generally you will be in the privacy of your own home!

Looking forward to see what you guys do!

Thanks

BB
Anything comfortable. I'm not trying to impress the 50 something year old truck driver in seat one with my sharp suit and personalised cuff links! Chinos and a hoody is ideal.

I play at home, so I play in the clothes I'm used to wearing at home, in which I feel comfortable. I don't think that the player's clothes affect anything, except if the player is a pretty girl, then I think the influence on other players is obvious.

I don't have a special form for playing poker. I play at home, sometimes I play at work, I could even play naked, it doesn't matter to me. But since I only play online, my appearance does not affect my opponents. I think the main criterion is that it should be comfortable :)

Live poker I dress comfortably in jeans or shorts and a t-shirt or sweatshirt (depending on the season) and bring a hoodie in case the room gets too cold. Online I wear nothing but a smile ;-) LOL...kidding of course. Or am I???

The clothes you should wear while playing online poker should be light, comfortable and not irritating in any way. At home, just wear comfortable clothes that you know you can sit in all night.

The first time I went into a Casino I wore a Suit, with Shirt and Tie etc. BIG Mistake! I looked a real Wally! Didn't do too well in the Tournament as everyone knew I was a Casino Virgin!
Since then however I started to wear more Casual Gear, Open necked Shirt, Slacks or even a decent pair of Jeans, I felt more comfortable and was able to relax, which improved my game play. Some Casino's do have a dress code but it is very relaxed in that most don't like Football T-Shirts Which could lead to Arguments between Rival Fans, but other than that, anything goes!

When I play poker, I opt for comfortable, lightweight clothing. I prefer clothes that allow me to move freely and be relaxed during long sessions at the table. You'll usually see me wearing loose t-shirts or short-sleeved shirts, comfortable pants, and sneakers. Comfort is key to maintaining concentration and focus in the game, so I always choose clothes that make me feel good while I play. It's important to feel comfortable so you can make the best decisions at the table!

Since I only play online I don't care about the clothes, whatever I'm wearing will do.
