I clear my head of everything else going on in life and try to focus on the game. I remind myself about the basics and think of things I may want to focus on that I struggled with previously.

I try to prepared in all ways. And nothing could bring me away from my best poker play. I go to toilet if it is necessary. I eat a little bit, make some drink for the grind. And do all things which are necessary to do. So i could play without bad mood to forget something which is important to do. Sometimes it is not possible that all this factors are done. So i check i did not play my best poker at all.

The things I do before the game is to make sure I have my ice water container filled, go to my room, shut the door, make sure my laptop is plugged and registered in the game I am going to play.

Before I start playing poker I need to be comfortable in my bed or in my room. I need quiet and some background music to sing while I play.

Before I start the daily marathon of poker I plan the day ahead a little. Check the levels of hunger and thirst. Grind my coffee to have it ready to brew. Sort out the food plan. Get a bit of natural light. Have some fruit or cereals. Kiss my wife. Do some exercise if I have the time and motivation. Then I stick my eyes to the LCD and let the party start.

I watch a lot of streams or poker vlogs usually just cause in my mind I think the more hands I see or lines I see players take it gives me a little more knowledge. Kind of like if you watched a movie over and over you could easily remember what the lines are, or listening to a song over and over you could memorize the lyrics easier.
So I think if watching poker hands over and over it just might give me a little bit of knowledge that could help me later on and I just like watching poker in general more live streams than vlogs because I think some vloggers aren’t 100% honest … because you watch some vloggers on live streams and their play and demeanor is significantly different than their videos.. hmmm 🤔
