What do you do before start playing poker ?

I get a cold drink, and watch Jeopardy Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday I watch sports. Baseball, Football, Basketball depending on the season. I like the Washington Football Team, Washington Nationals, and Maryland Terps, Washington Wizards and Washington Caps.

I usually make tea or coffee before playing for a long time. During breaks I drink tea or coffee. It happens that if I start to get sleepy in tournaments with deep stacks, I also wash my face with cold water in between.

Usually i play poker in the evening, so i try to have a dinner and a cup of tea. If i need to do some other things at home, then i try do it before evening, just to be able to be focused on the game in the evening.

Before I start playing poker, I'll sit down and eat well, turn on the music. I will prepare a glass of water, remove unnecessary irritants, go to the toilet, and then I start playing. The whole ritual turns out)

I always start with a breakfast, as well as a coffee. Then I also put beer , in the fridge. Also get some chips , ready in a bowl for some snacks. I always anticipate playing for , a long time in tournaments. Doesn't happen very often, I make it deep into the tournaments. But I'll always prepare for, making it deep into tournaments .
