What Do You Do During the Game to Relax?

During a tournament I usually play listening to music or amusing myself with lessons or YouTube videos while I play. I think it's a good strategy for me that works, because when I play with full attention in the game I end up becoming emotionally involved and I often act in the wrong way. These distractions make me forget about bad hand. What do you do?

When I need to relax and calm my nerves, I breathe in and count to 4 and make an exhalation counting to 4 and repeat this breath 10 times.

If you are in a live game you should get used to studying an opponent.
What gets them annoyed ?
What are their normal habits?
What happens when they are winning/losing ?
DO they tilt ?
Do they drink?

Find the weakness !

when I play no more than three tournaments at a time, then I watch movies, only reaching the final table, I try to focus on the game.

the maximum I can afford while playing - listen to music (no movies or YouTube should not be if you want to win) !!! I think it's a bad idea to relax or distract during the game, I relax after the game !!!!

i do the same sometimes. Listening music is good, whatching youtube while in the game is not reccomended because we have to focus and pay attention to the game.

Make bad decisions after getting your full attention which means you still have much to learn or maybe you are too tired after spending too much time playing poker.

When I play freeroll I listen podcasts or watch serials like Five-0 or This is us. When I play cash games I do nothing else.
