I feel excited. It's a great feeling, very exciting and I think even addictive, but I'm not worried about it at all, I'm quite disciplined and always stick to bankroll management :)

Poker is a mix of feelings, a game of experience, strategy, it would be better to keep emotions out sometimes and be more strategic, anger and sadness get in the way

Good fun, the opportunity to compete and, above all, a nice break from reality.

Lately, when I play poker, I hardly feel anything, except when I win or lose a big pot, I get good or bad emotions. But I don't have the same excitement as I used to, it's just a regular work routine
It's great to know that you can neutralize the whirlwind of feelings so quickly...
Any tips for people?

Understandably, I've had numerous wins throughout my poker career, but I've also encountered many setbacks. I've busted my bankroll multiple times, usually due to the desire to move up in stakes rather than staying within my comfort zone. It's a common occurrence and a part of the game. After much reflection, I've come to realize that only time can provide the necessary self-control and experience.

I've also experienced significant losses in online casinos. Currently, I feel like I'm at a point of maturity where I'm striving to manage my bankroll as effectively as possible. However, it's likely that I'll bust it again because I still lack the sufficient experience and self-control. Nevertheless, I understand that with time, I'll achieve it. Best of luck on your journey as well!
Your point of view is interesting.

Do you feel like everything is going to fall apart, but do you know what exactly causes this? What makes you lose control? Try to act on the cause, not alleviate the situation, it makes all the difference.

It is a definite rush of course especially if your at final table and about to win a 4hr tourny. The adrenaline hands down would be the feeling I would capture the most. You can win with aces or you can lose with aces, depends on your poker fate that day. Good luck my friend 🍀
Yes, now imagine a final table lasting 7 hours or three days. It will always be a whirlwind of emotions lol

But what about after the game? How is your mental health and what are your attitudes towards it?

But we are human, and often intense... It's quite complex, but it would be excellent to stay cool all the time.

It all depends on the situations that arise, but I try to control my anger and I would never hate poker, I like it and I enjoy it too much.

It's a mix of feelings but I generally feel pleasure playing poker, anger at bad beats, joy with weak players and happy when I finish first in a tournament.

You just need to understand that you can't influence it in any way. You don't know what cards will be laid on the table, so if your aces lose when you go all-in with your opponent and he has a pair of tens and the last card is a ten, it happens, and you don't need to be upset because you can't influence it.
