For poker players, and we need all the good and bad, will be the same if all is not fun to play, because any player who meets me, I'll be happy! If good, will he learn, and if bad, try to win more)))

As long as they are not insulting anyone or saying them in anger it doesn't bother me.

You can often find those people who swear in the chat. They need to be taken calmly, it's probably beginners or people with unstable mentality. The lower the level of play of such people, the more they swear.:p

Think positively about them, I don't know very well English, but I understand that some players mad, and write nasty things, maybe it's their psychological attack on the opponent, and the way to win the tournament

I understand that this man is now mentally upset, is not able to focus on the game - I do play against him and almost always win.

I do not think we should give them any importance. Sometimes cursing is used to get rid of the bad hands and be able to concentrate on improving and playing in a good way the next. Regards!

It is possible that this may be a provocation, to psychologically beat down the opponent. The main thing is not to pay attention to it, but better concentrate on the game. In the extreme case, disable the chat of the player. In the poker room 888 is well thought out the fact, that you can throw into the opponent's eggs and tomatoes :D:D:D.

They are probably bad bluffers. People who swear more are more honest and have more integrity.

Not sure I understand the question? If I do and you are just talking about someone using cuss words - well its a public forum and if we are at a table (I assume that is what you mean), various words should be accepted if you do not like it turn off chat or ignore it IMO - (note - I do not believe in censorship). What is offensive to one person is common language to another and if you are on a poker site you have to accept the fact that their will be words used that you may not like -

However, if someone is being racially or simply demeaning and derogatory to a specific person that is wrong and we should be intolerant of that. To me the best course of action is not to speak to the person and hope the entire table with out speaking about it colludes to remove the other persons chipstack (that happened once and it was pretty satisfying)

I have been in games where someone was being racially abusive and the person they were doing it to did such a good job of quelling it, the situation was de-escalated pretty quickly. So was not a big problem. The instigator was clearly a "jerk" but not quite the ingrate you would have expected once the "victim" (though this was no victim given his handling of the situation) artfully put him in his place.

I have a friend does not play poker but in FB will make comments to see if he can get a rise of out people. Whether he believes what he is saying or not. if you are not aware of this ploy in poker you are going to be on the defensive quite a bit so if it bothers you its pretty easy to simply turn off chat.

thats not a big deal! but playing poker we all try to control (or hide) what we feel, our emotions. if someone cant, they need to try, if he/she dont want to try that is one of the worst player imao, a sign of poor parenting. emotion control is even more important than BR control

It is a good proposal, although we must act very well with our intention. By doing this we are participating, and can also happen that takes effect on us.
