Similar story, but it was at university in my 1st year. A groupmate proposed to everyone to play poker in the dormitory with money. Many of my groupmates agreed to participate, and me too. But I didn't know how to play poker at that time. And yes, I won that tournament among my groupmates and after that I started learning poker. And now I've turned into a poker fox.

I started to play when poker Apps first became available on my mobile phone. I played for about a year like that then bought a tablet to make playing easier. I always liked poker as it was in the family from when I was young. My father used to play with friends and relatives at home. I remember those nights being quite lively. So that memory also brought me into the game.

It all started with the fact that I watched a program where they showed some kind of poker tournament from Barcelona. I didn’t know the rules at all then, but I liked the game, so the next day I found the rules on the Internet, and then it turned out that you can play “for candy wrappers” directly online, i.e. without investing a penny. And I started playing, and a little later I found out that there are also free tournaments with real prizes. I played in these tournaments for about a week, and one day I took second place and won 15 dollars. That's how it all started.

I have been playing poker since I was 10 years old, today I am 55.
1 year ago it took me to professionalize or rather regularize myself in poker (I play PLO2 or PLO5 daily) due to the lack of work in my country.
Today I can live with dignity thanks to poker, and I am very grateful to the great coach of your country and friend "Don Fabian Pichara" who, thanks to him, grew as a player in NL and many of his lessons helped me greatly improve my game in PLO.
In addition to being a great person, whenever you need it he answers your emails, teaches you and thanks you. He is a wonderful being who is a big part of my life.

What got Me into Poker?!. If to say honestly, I always liked to play in the different intellectual Games, including and Poker...
But if to talk concretely about Poker, I became really to play in Poker after different TV Poker Shows, especially after "Poker After Dark"!

I started playing about 4 years ago, sometime in 2020, during the coronavirus pandemic. I spent most of my time at home, it was boring and I started learning poker.

I started playing poker about 12 years ago. My friend was always bragging about how he plays, what his results are and so on. After I tried it once, I knew it was what I needed. And that's how I play to this day.
