What kind of atmosphere is needed to play poker

I need to be alone while playing Poker. I tried to play if somebody is there but it doesn't work. I prefer to play at home on PC.

Need a calm and quiet atmosphere that would be nothing and no one is distracted.This can be achieved when the whole family is sleeping)))

Most of the time I play alone on my pc , listening to music or watching a good movie or rarily a tv show or a video on internet a lot of stuff on youtube .
I play evening or night , so I switch on the lights and I open the window for fresh air so as not to get sleepy or tired when I play tournaments .
I do sometimes going to a internet cafe and playing there poker as I enjoy the social environment as someone said before , and then my performance gets better , in spite of the fact that there it's not as quite as in my room , but I like it very much .

I've always found that 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and a smattering of noble gasses works best for me.
