What kind of player do you consider yourself?

Capable but certainly not a Pro! I have on occasion won a few tournament's but not anything as big as a wsop event. I once played in a small tournament with about 50 players, and got busted, early on, as there was no re-buy I was forced to sit out for the rest of the evening, as my Friend was still playing, soon there were enough players out, we started a cash game and at the end of the night I was £100 up.
My Friend finished in the main game and I asked him how he had done and he said he won his stake back in 5th place, so was happy with his game, I surprised him when I said I got busted early on, but was £100 up on the night playing Cash Poker his jaw dropped.
Since then He looked forward to busting out early so he could get in on the side action. My reasoning is if you are unlucky to get beaten in a tournament, get into the side action because you are up against some of the worst players in the game, that is where I made most of my money playing Poker!

I try to play tight and aggressive. Sometimes you should just switch off your head and process certain processes like a machine and you can see that it actually works. For example in a tournament when I'm in the bubble and I'm in the small blind everyone in front of me has folded and the opponent in the bb has fewer or as many chips as me, then I raise with any two with 32. If I have less than 10 bb i push all in with any two. You just have to do it because it is right in this situation because the opponent will fold 90% and a steal raise will bring you a good deal closer to the prize money.

I consider myself a weak player and tighter, although I can be aggressive I like the push-fold strategy I thought I couldn't become a regular yet

I am an unpredictable player

Because I am retired I play a lot of poker
PokerStars is like my best buddy
I mostly adapt to the players around me
I am still a passionate player and when I go on tilt I can go all in with anything
Unfortunately I am just punishing myself

I am someone who can move up the gears when needed, i know the hands that are considered equitable to play in all positions at the table, i have a strong understanding of pot odds and EV so having played for many years, ive got a strong skillset and if i had more time and a larger BR , i would play more often and at a higher level.
I tend to play more live poker over the past 5 years so im best suited to that format.

I see myself as a tight aggressive player who can be patient. I know that I have to be looser in certain situations. But when I play with friends my tight approach was pretty successful and in general playing loose does not fit me.

What kind of player am I?

Oddly enough, it's hard for me to describe what kind of player I am, because a lot depends on the opponents. When you get to a table where everyone is playing oll-in, it's hard to be an aggressive player. And when the opponents play carefully, it is difficult to be a tight player. Most likely, I adjust to the table at which I play and I don't have a certain coin of the game - it all depends on the opponents with whom I play.

i think that gameplay not only in poker depends on the mood. there are days that win well. there are days that you don't earn anything. just can't get discouraged and give up.

Well said, even the best players have bad day's, week's or even months, you have to be aware that not everything in life (and Poker) goes the way you want it to be, and you have to take the bad beats and suck-outs as they come, but you don't give up when they happen, you just crack on and try again.

Flex!

I consider myself a predominately online flexible tournament player. Yesterday I played in at least four online small buy-in tournaments. While I did not place yesterday, this is an excellent opportunity to try out new strategies and identify my weaknesses. Tournaments require flexibility due to the changing conditions of blinds, tables, and all might luck!
