I think a lot depends on the format and structure of the tournaments. If we talk about hyper tournaments or Spin & Go tournaments, I think that luck is 80% and skills are only 20%. But if we talk about regular tournaments, where the blinds grow for 10 minutes or more, then 80% is skill and 20% is luck.

In my opinion, I think skill is around 75% and luck is 25%, if you play a tournament that lasts 4 to 7 hours, you notice that skill is more necessary to win or stay in the tournament than luck.

I think in online poker, the ratio of skills to luck is 50/50. Otherwise, I would have become a professional player a long time ago

In live poker skill is more important gor succces full players , but live neither luck or skill matters . Only if you are able to play with rng , to manipulate results . It's not rigged or not rigged debate or rant , it's s reality .

Short term poker involves quite some luck. Long term - which is the only thing that matters - poker is 0% luck and 100 skills. Keep in mind though that the long run can be very long.

Depends on MTT blind length. The shorter the blind level the more luck involved. The longer the blind level the less the involved.

For cash the long run is all that matters.

Talking about being profitable, skill is everything in long term. But to win a mtt, you will need a minimum of luck. It's impossible to do this without being all in several times. And even you are ahead all the hands, the odds are there.
