Sometimes if I happened but more was because I confused the tables since I was playing two tournaments I had TA of clubs in one and in another I had Ak of spades and where I had the nanod and pivas, there was a club and when I confused the tables I went with everything and one Once the bet was made, I saw that they were spades and not clubs

My eyes are not as good as they used to be. Which was never good. I have been thinking that I need to go to the colored cards where they are available.

in a live game i once thought i have a straight or flush i dont remember anymore and after the river when we showed our cards i confidently said "straight " and thought i am winning ....but my buddies told me i dont have it ....then i put my sunglasses down and looked shocked at the board ....we laughed

I have misread flushes during live play , those sting a bit at a full cash table with 8 or 9 other pairs of eyes witnessing the event. all one can do is try to double check and triple check their whole cards discreetly. preferably in a way that doesn't give up the strength of the hand.
