you should never get too excited over one hand unless its the winner at the final table.
much better to keep cool, win or lose.

If i had a strong hand at flop and turn and beaten at river. Well, these things happen all the time. Poker is a game of that nature. One particular card at the right moment can change the whole scenario.

I don't remember these things. My satisfaction is my strong hand beaten by a better hand then me.

If you think you could have played the hand better, tag it for review. And then, either way, move on to the next hand and just focus on playing that hand correctly. The last one is water under the bridge.

when I lose with a winning hand, I think it's normal because my opponent had a more winning hand than mine, and that's poker.

Normally when I lose with a winning hand it makes me want to break everything; but after a while the anger starts to pass. Almost always when that happens to me, I don't play again that day, and I return to the game the next day. :laugh::laugh:
