It is so easy for a bad move to put you on Tilt, and losing a big pot with any hand is soul destroying, I once hit a straight on the flop with 10/Jack and still lost when the player I was up against Pushed all-in with 2 over cards and hit runner/runner on the Turn and river to make a flush.
These things happen in Poker and if you let it get to you it can destroy you, Move on to the next hand and forget about it.

you just have to put yourself on it. i just played 8 o'clock in a tournament yesterday. it was a lot of cards since i could have won, but that's how i performed well. i'm easy on it.

If it was an important hand then honestly I can not really do anything. I just feel disappointed as long as the feeling lasts. It doesn't cripple me from more play it just sucks.

I just have a little laugh to myself and say "Oh well, That's Poker!" I once played a full house in a hand against a friend, and when he turned over a bigger full house to take me out of the Tournament game, I was devastated but I still laughed about it.
Later we were both involved in a hand on the same cash game table, and I hit a full house again and he shoved all-in, I called and he turned over a full House, I turned a bigger one and Laughed saying "What goes around, comes around buddy" He saw the funny side though.
Revenge is sweet!
You have to forget, the bad beats and suck-outs, as they happen all the time, it is just part of the game, if you let them get the better of you then you would stop playing Poker, and for me that is not an option, not when I have so much fun playing.

"bent hand, forgotten hand"
"finished hand, last hand"
