when I started to make debts in the clubs where I played poker, and there came a time when I stopped paying rent to try to recover what I had already lost.

Hooked on poker

I guess I first realised I was hooked on poker was when my bank kept screaming at me to leave it alone 😂

Recently, poker has become an outlet for me. I have difficult living conditions, little entertainment, and I have to stay at home, so poker has become the main distraction from my problems. I'm not playing very well yet. That's why I play freerolls more. But I can say that I have a certain dependence on poker as a means of escaping from reality.

I realized when, I won my $ 100 and then I got carried away in this area))))))))
I advise everyone to play poker sometimes, it distracts from all the fuss :)

Though I've discovered poker 10 years ago online, its only 2 years ago was The Moment I first held chips in my hands, sat on a chair at a poker table and literally won my first ever pot in a 1/2 live cash game during my first 5 or 10 mins with 7 4 of clubs flopping a flush ( I shouldn't have even played that hand). I tripled up and immediately walked out while some at the table laughing and some having a smirky smile thinking how the hell did we let this fish.. first time ever playing live.. walk out with our money. I look back at my time playing at that poker club and I cringe at the way I've played, I was the nitiest player ever known to mankind, a complete fish but rarely lost all my buy in, also I've rarely made a profit too. There is so much one can learn in 2 years and each day I'm getting hooked even more.

When I realized?....

First...…….anyone on this post that says they are not addicted just hasn't owned up to it yet.:) I won't admit it to those who aren't gamblers. Like, I'll never tell my family because they'll start imagining all kinds of stuff:confused:. ONLY FELLOW GAMBLERS CAN UNDERSTAND THE :cool::cool::cool:NORMALICY:cool::cool::cool: OF BEING ADDICTED TO POKER. They get it:). They understand it.:) There's a healthy addiction to poker and there's a bad addiction to poker. Knowing when you've crossed over is important and staying on the healthy addiction side is KEY!!!:cool::cool::cool: I knew I was addicted when I crossed over to bad addiction:( and then crossed back over to good addiction:eek:. I'll never forget it!.... I was sitting in my car in front of my townhouse playing texas holdem. I had a Full House but my opponent had an even BIGGER Full House!!!!!:eek::eek::eek:. I lost my Car Insurance money with that hand!!:icon_pale:icon_pale:icon_pale:icon_paleThat was when I knew I had crossed over to the bad addiction:(:(:(:(. Luckily, I have a wife who doesn't watch the money.:D:D:D She just pays the bills. So I moved some stuff around and made it work.;););) I told myself I needed to take a break and I did......for three months!:) It was once I started playing again when I realized I was addicted...….I crossed back over to the healthy addiction BUT...…….never-the-less I was addicted.:) Then there was one more time I crossed over to the bad addiction but...…….it was NOT bill money. That money was just extra extra. No one even knew about it so...…...no harm no foul.;);););) I figure as long as I stay on the healthy side I'm fine:):)...…..How am I now? Well, after the second time (even though I did NOT jeopardize ANY bill money) I had decided to exclude myself from online play because it was just way too convenient soooooo) I put myself on exclusion for 5 years! I didn't know but it excluded me from EVERY SINGLE ONLINE SITE!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:(PokerStars, wsop, 888, etc. I started getting letters in the mail. It was serious!!) So now I can only play live until the year 2024!:(:icon_pale The fact that I even did this proves to me that I was able to cross back to a healthy addiction:):):):):):):):). It also helped me achieve my goal to play more live games and to make a name for myself in the live circuit.:cool::cool::cool: Now that the Corona Virus hit I can't do neither so I use play chips online and watch Daniel Negreanu play and I study the game.:D:D:D Waiting for the day Whodahustla can break free and be unleashed again!:D:D:D

Because I spent every waking moment of my 2 week vacation playing non-stop poker (it's 3am!)
