At the age of 12 or 13 I started to like poker... very young, but I didn't play anything important, my cousin taught me many things about poker, the most basic. With so little study I defend myself well, but I never really got into this, and now I'm on that path!

I taught myself how to play poker. When I was 10-11 years old, my friends and I were looking for an interesting card game and immediately came across poker). After that we spent a lot of time playing poker. Every weekend we would get together at someone's house and play poker using plastic chips and whoever won all the chips would get a lot of candy or something. It was a wonderful time.😍

I learned with the family but I improved a little more by watching the YouTube videos of the best players and I copied their style of play

I taught it myself after I saw it for the first time on TV. I started reading articles and books and I watched as I much as I could on TV. This helped me a lot.

We all start like this, no matter how old you are, I started at 25... the important thing is to start, study and never risk your money until you master a type of game.

My cousin introduced me to poker and explained the basics of ranking hands, positions, SB and BB. But no strategies. Then I went to look for how the strategies worked and other things. But I realize that I still need to learn a lot.

I got to know him when I was young, like many others, with my family, with a 5-card draw.
I first encountered "modern" poker (hold'em) through the movie Rounders, then from TV broadcasts and internet games.
Books, strategy sites, forums (unfortunately not CC:)) and poker sites came.
It's been almost 20 years since the big poker boom, and more than 10 years since Black Friday... I think the game is on the rise again lately.

My mom and dad would play poker with us when we got older. I found it fun and challenging. What a great memories we had.

I saw poker first time on TV show. It was nine years ago. My regular game started four years ago. Since then i try to learn poker during watching streams online or reading articles about it in the Internet.

I learned the rules of poker in a quick course that Pokerstars offered, today I don't know if this course is still available in the PS.
