Not sure, the Chinese are fanatical gamblers though not necessarily good ones. Table tennis is their forte, and now it appears snooker.

I don't think they lose more but what I know is most of them risk more and harder than most players

I don't think it depends on nationality. Generally, they tend to be more aggressive, but I've also come across some very good Asian players.

I think they play with not great bases for poker and that’s why they lose pretty often.

I think is exactly about you said. The poker culture on North America and Europe is more robust for decades. I'm sure that Asia has a lot of good players but, in comparison to USA and Europe are few in number. But within few time, according the pulverizing of the poker on Asia, more and more talents appear and nobody can't hold the players of the more populous continent in the world.
