Greetings, I play poker, because it is a game of skill + mentality to know how to study the opponents in each hand .. Apart from being my favorite hobby, it relaxes me and makes me share with many colleagues both in my country and players from other countries, poker is a friendship link of many communities and it is nice to share cultures with other people .. poker also gives us a good profit and if we know how to manage our bankrol we can get much out of sitting poker from home ... in short I love poker and the great friendships we know through this game

I am a poker competitor, I do not like to lose, I aim to be a shark, I want to eliminate and earn the stacks of all other opponents, I want to continue studying, apply the studies in practice, decrease variance, build a bankroll, be a known live tournament player. Acquire more patience to wait my turn to hit the Flop, bluff less.

For some people poker is a way to relax. But i think most of the people play poker to earn some easy money. There are lots of freerolls and promotions in the rooms, so everyone can take some money.

I played all my life for gambling, now going to get 50 years old I train myself to play only online poker for the rest of my life as long as mexico provides me with power and internet...
sure I hope to get better and build up my bankroll to play higher stakes and I was two times already close to the entrance of the final tournament for a big event entry ticket...
so far so good, still trying to get into bigger tournaments every day...:icon_thum

I play for the thrill of it and its a challenge. we all have that thought that we could make it big and chase it. I was on the slots which is purely chance. so Ive changed to poker which is more about method and balls.

I play poker for fun and wishfully for profit. So far, fun is winning out.
When I play with my friends, there is no rake, no dealer tips. Over the long term I am a winner.
However, when I play in casinos, I am a loser

The rake, dealer tips, and promotion drops (bad beat), take their toll on my chip stacks.

My goal is to be a long-term winner in both home games, casino games, and online games. At 71 years of age, I better get a move on.

Well ... I play poker because I like the type of the game and its gameplay kind of unfair sometimes more everything has an explanation or not hehe ... I dream in one day to participate in a great tournament, win a beautiful prize, but for this to happen I have to learn the right time to fold a pair of Aces, two pairs in the Flop still remains a hand dominated by a crack or something better . I need to learn how to bet correctly, I need to know how to fold my opponents when I do not have a good card.

I like to play because I enjoy the game. It tests your mental fortitude and patience. The human mind versus another human mind splashed with a dash of luck, and a it of strategy. Definitely a thinking persons game.

I have always played games whether it be card games or not. Poker was always high on the list of games as I got older. With the introduction to the main stream it became even better.
Being able to play online helped propel it even further I feel at least for me. I figured I would never be able to save up and go to Vegas. There are other places that have Casinos now, I grew up in Connecticut and now after moving far away a long long time ago. They have a huge Casino, who would have thought that? Not me.
One of my daughters said the other day, it is only a game daddy. I told her that I used to make a good bit of money playing on Poker Stars. I also told her that if I was ever going to make a million dollars, it would be playing poker. lol

i play for the thrill of the win! the opportunity to take X amount of money and double, triple, or more increase during a session. i lived in alaska where only games were home games or underground poker rooms. home games were the better of the two bc your not battling against "house" players that can reload anytime. but buying in for $100 and leaving in the a.m. with say $800. such a nice feeling!
