it's a dictatorship, why do people keep silence ?savaxz said:Find in google poker black friday аnd you will understand why.
There is another version that the government cares about the health of its citizens and therefore has banned poker in this country.

Sorry to drop in on this conversation but are these the only 3 one can compete on? Is there a list of states that one can check out on this sight? Reason being is that I was pondering that question myself, Thank you, good information.SirYivx said:America is not a dictatorship..
Regarding the question though, US players were banned from playing regulated online poker after Black Friday. We are just now recently seeing individual states pass laws that will allow US players to play regulated poker once again, but only on a state-to-state level. This is why you will not see US players on sites like PokerStars or 888. A VPN could be used but I have not heard one good story that ended with that. You would really have to dedicate your time and energy, and even then, it is most likely that you will not be able to cash out any winnings due to the fact you lied about your location.
Currently, US players are limited to sites such as BetOnline, Ignition, and ACR. However, if you do live in the US and you live in the states that have passed such online gambling laws, you are able to play regulated online poker, but only while you are in that state, and only on the sites that they determine(ones with licenses).

America is a Continent, not a Country. We all are Americans. The USA is United States of America: only one country in America :deal:
