Why the hell do I do this?

I played a bunch of freerolls on Stars tonight just to kill some time. Now, I find myself 199/435 in the "The Big Game" round 1 satty where 300 make it to the next game ... on Saturday the 3rd.

Only problem is: I have to be out of town all day this Saturday!

This has happened to me more than once too... I won a satty into the NPT Venetian about a month ago that I couldn't play either.

Wish I could play on my mobile phone...

Then do not play the sat so you don't feel like you miss something when you have prior obligations.

YAY! Thank you PokerStars... Was awarded a ticket to round 2, and was able to unregister for Saturday. Will be able to play it on the 17th.

I'm "better" than that, but too cheap to do much else!

I was doing the same at FTP : reged in a Sat for the $1 Main Event. I was impatient to play it then I realized 2 mins before it starts that the Main Event is scheduled for this Sunday, and I wont be able to play cuz I'm out at this moment.
Glad I had 1 min left to dereg

I've also done similar Jazz, I have played in a satty and then realised after getting the seat that the game is on at 4am local time.

Sorry to hear your cousin is not well.
