The same thing used to happen to me. Until I understood that poker for me is just a hobby, and not a source of income for money. So I no longer worry about the money I lose, and neither do I worry about the money I earn.:cool:

It's variance. I was having also this problem, but I realize that when I'm winning I am on an upswing and at some moment the downswing is coming. When players are on downswing, in general they are playing worse, tilted and this costs more money. In order to sustain the downswing you need to keep a healthy bankroll and go down in stakes.

In this question, I think you will not win until you are defeated So keep playing until you are completely empty. I will try some society when you are empty. Lol lol lol
It has happened to me many times when I am just beat. Please keep hope and as soon as you face complete defeat you will automatically win. Maybe Lol

Hi! I think you either play out of line with the bankroll,or make frequent mistakes in the game, or give in to tilt. I agree with the above, you need to lower the limits, look for errors, maybe change the type of game, as well as its structure and pace. Good luck!

many players have the same problem, I have it too, but the first thing you have to know is why it happens to you very often, if it is because of the variance of the game or your lack of discipline in the game as in your bench.

If it is because of variance you have to accept that it is part of the game and you have to learn to deal with it with a bitter taste.

If it is because of the discipline of playing off the bench, you have to lower the level and play where your bank does not affect you so much when you lose or are in a losing streak.

you don't play on your bankroll or play a small distance in the poker, want quick and easy money, do not play their limits because of the variance you lose or don't hit the limits at which you play, lack of discipline, leads to a complete loss of funds, I advise you to review the strategy of your game, start playing low limit with a solid bankroll, and increase your bankroll gradually increase playing limits, or to change the discipline in poker and try to play something different zoom cache MTT or SNG, now the field of poker increased and easy money to win will not work, even low limit poker is beating only by the distance, one tournament is not an indicator I hope that I helped you, good luck, hope everything works out for you, friend.

you're probably making the same mistake i do, you're playing to high of stakes for your bankroll. even if you only have 10$ to play with you should be only playing at max the most micro of stakes, .10-.50$ MTT and at most .1-.2 cent cash.

Bankroll management is the key helping you to build on the few $ won and not just loose them the next day.

Apparently, your problem is that you do not follow the bankroll management system. I recommend that you never spend more than 5% of your bankroll per day. I follow this principle and my bankroll is only growing.

Same with me. Even few days ago i took 3rd place in cardschat freeroll on GGpoker, and next day i lose it all playing 4 tournaments. Almost every hand was against me on turn/river. It's better to play with mindset that you're playing because you like it or for fun instead of imagine what should i buy/do if i won for example 1st place in tournament which i play. If you will have some luck one day you'll win something worthy ;).

I have exactly the same problem. And after reading everything they advise you, I already knew. But for some reason, I don't use these tips.:( And I think it's time for me to start using these simple rules and everything will be fine. And I advise you the same.

Perhaps you should take a break and try to improve yourself more in poker strategies, understanding the Bank's chance, the percentage ratio, when to place a bet, and so on. And of course to wait out a few defeats. no matter how skilled a player you are.

I also need to go back to basics. What are the tips and simple rules you are now using?

One of mine is position position position...

Discipline. Got to know when to stop. It happened to me as well.

My advice is:
Creste a bankroll strategy. Find the game you play best and stick to it.
Dont play when tired/sleepy or drunk.

If you lose all the money you have previously won, it is for two reasons, basically one and the main mismanagement of Bankroll and the second is because most likely when you start to lose, you lose concentration because you think again I'm going to lose everything and you continue playing these They are the most common reasons why this happens to many players

walk away when your doing good and start to worry about loosing money, then walk away and come back another time with similar buy in, then youll do better. also people tend to loosen up when they have bigger chip stacks and they pay to see more so they end up loosing fast. so try to play even tighter if anything.

I think that usually happens because many times you keep your balance or you go down or you go up very little and when you see that everything is slow, they play more aggressive or change their way of playing, the important thing is to always stay firm and with your solid way of playing without let nothing change it, the great prizes playing well will come sooner or later:jd4::jd4::jd4::jd4:
