The last two times I logged in and posted my post count was lower by A LOT than it was before. What is going on here?

Any posts that you make that are not deemed to be quality posts will be deleted. So far you have avoided an infraction. Personally I would not be bringing attention to myself by starting a thread about it. :)

I think that sometimes entire threads are deleted. Mine goes down once in a while too. Shouldn't be a big deal. Plenty of threads to contribute to. Sometimes a thread just isn't constructive.

Or like he said. ^^^

You also need to add your poker site names in your profile via user cp.

It's not a bid deal. I was just wondering. I am trying to reach the 50 post requirement to be able to play in the freerolls, but every time I log in, I seem to have lost 5 or 6 posts.

And therein lies the problem. When you put so much effort into quantity then quality slips by the wayside. A few posts a day is enough - you will get there eventually if you improve the quality of your posting.

i totally agree. This isnt something you crave attention for. Just be a good member of the forum and dont always look at your post count. Just post good quality posts about your poker games or strategy.

What count as a post? A couple sentences or must a paragraph be written to qualify for a post?

If they delete a thread, all the posts in that thread get deleted as well.

I suspect you posted a few times in a thread which was ultimately deleted. And thus, your posts.

A post should add value to the thread it is in. Consecutive short one liners, multiple posts in intro threads, multiple joke threads, multiple posts in 1 thread that should be one post, no nonsense threads, etc are all examples on non-quality posting.

I'm not sure there is a specific word or character miminum. Seems likely that the important thing be that the post is substantive. Something which adds something of value to the forum.
