You should read the opponents' range. If their range is unlikely to hit something, you should trap them instead of betting. And I often only use a small bet size when it's the paired board, this board is difficult to hit unless it's coordinated.

U have to develop some resilient strategy. There is no problem to check some trips evventualy, for them is so evident. So u check them, and if some draws got made up in the further streest, u just play passively, and turn ur hand into a bluff-catcher. If no draw become complete, u can start to bet strong, mainly when some high card appears.

You are not a one!) I have a too that problem, when im push KK call AA when im push JJ call A-x flop A . That terrible feelings.... Last my situation was on 109 big shot main event, now i show it. On the turn oponents gonna all in! I have a 80% equity, river 0%. And thats moments i have a many times....
