+1 for freeroll tourneys. As much as extra money from poker would be welcome, losing money seems like it would be in my forecast. But I'm relearning fast, so probably low stakes tournaments and some SnGs might be soon.

In the many years since I played poker, I have had the opportunity to try both.
I really like tournament poker, it is definitely my favorite. But I don't really like the cash game !

I play MTTs only as they are easier to have good bankroll management (only your buyin is in danger) and if you get lucky and get deep provide big prizes for relatively small buyin. In future i would like to also try some cash game though but i am still not ready for that.

I play cash games at times mainly .02 .05 and i like .40 .80 stud but i like the low buy in turnys with nice guaranteed My ROI in turnys is very decent. so id say im a turny player not a cash game guy. I play mainly at ACR

Lost a lot of money tilting in cash, in tournaments you can go all in and if you lose you only lose what you already lost BY. For me is better to manage my bankroll but maybe when a got a bigger bankroll I return to the cash tables

As a beginner I prefer sit n goes. Preferably with less frequent blinds and ante increases.
