Can you become a rich person with poker?

The term rich in general it is very subjective, it largely depends on the perspective of each person at a given time.

For example, a person with an average annual budget from his regular work, can consider a hypothetical sum won from poker of 1 million dollars the enrichment he has been dreaming of for years.

But for a millionaire who earns that amount in a month or two, 1 million dollars/euro doesn't really represent much dreamed of enrichment for him.

Conclusion: in my opinion, getting rich is closely related to a person's financial situation at a given time, and their perspective goals when it comes to poker winning amounts.

P.S.: Getting rich is a road we all travel endlessly, and no matter how much money we make at any given moment, after the excitement of winning wears off, we start again in the same endless race after endless money.

Yes, I think so.
But I think it would be dangerous to start playing with that goal. If the desire to get rich exceeds the notion of pleasure, you risk being very disappointed in the long run.

Now I plan to get rich on poker star! but it's just a dream I want to deposit around $5000. and build my bankroll. over time it will become clear whether I can be profitable. i try to learn + program to use. if poker doesn't work, I'll continue on another day. we shouldn't rush to win back what we've lost, that's the point.

Of course, there is plenty of evidence for this.
