Depends in what terms, if it's about Online, it's Pokerstars.

If it's about IRL I'd rather play at a friend's house than in a casino.

I used to love playing on Absolute and Full Tilt. Those were my two favorite sites. Go figure, they were both the insolvent ones. I just think they had the best selection of relatively weak games. I also liked the Merge network, back when there was tons of American traffic and before they really destroyed the game with rake increases and removing rakeback.

These days, I am mostly at ACR. It's a decent site. I would go back to PS, if it was an option. I miss the days when there were tons of different sites, all offering different benefits.
