In poker I had a profit in the last year, but not even close of the amount I would like to win. :(

I've made a bit of profit in 2021 but nowhere near what I'd hoped for. My plans to begin a 3 or 4-day/week schedule of playing MTT's never happened.... & instead was only able to play MTT's on rare occasion. (usually on a Sunday).

I did manage to put in a fair amount of volume playing cash tables online and actually moved up a buyin level or two. I'd prefer to be playing MTT's but I haven't had the opportunity to commit the amount of time necessary for them :( I'm planning on 2022 being different. (will post on that soon)

Just learn how to play shortstacked really well and late reg all MTTs at the last possible minute. :)

That's all I plan on doing in 2022. ;)

This year brought me about $ 500 profit. I hope that in 2022 I will be able to increase my limits and achieve better results.

I thought that's what you did in 2021? ;)

Nah... it's not for me, tks. I want to play some full schedules, aiming to play 30 to 40 mtt's per day (I'll definitely reg. for some hypers towards the end of the schedule and near max. late reg. some others as well.... just to keep the screens filled.

gl in 2022!

Hello.
It was a good year and I managed to make good money, but still, unfortunately, I did not achieve my goals. I fulfilled the plan by only 75-80%, but this is a good result for me.

Didn't play very much, mainly short table SnGs. It was like putting a dollar bill in a change machine and getting 5 quarters back.

As a freeroll player, I made a small profit. I started playing poker in hopes of making a profit. I began to notice that poker was fun for me, not profit. Because I do not work on myself in terms of improving my professionalism. Basically, my playing experience is enhanced by the number of hands played.

2021 was my first poker year. In freerolls I made profit (what else ) which I lost almost in cash games. At the end there is a little profit and a lot of free fun of playing poker.

for the short time I played I had a reasonable profit, don't be ashamed of your achievements, they all start at the bottom and grow.

I made a profit this year (albeit only small as well). I've only played freerolls and am up to £14... As I said, it's small but I'll take it. I have only been playing regularly since the beginning of December.

I have a lot more to learn too, so hopefully I'll be able to increase this figure over 2022.

I did, but such a small one I am embarrassed to report it. I regard this year's poker as free entertainment; hopefully next year's will be entertainment with a big bonus.

Yes, I had fun.
Well seriously, I did make some money, but nothing to be proud of. It would've been really great if it wasn't for the variance (of course). Anyway, here's 2022, better luck man..

In 2021, I won and withdrew $ 100. This is not a bad result considering that I didn't play enough. In any case, not zero, but I got something from my game, spending time and energy.

No.

What I have won on freeroll tournaments and built after on cash game, I lost.

So, I ended a year not earning and not losing money.

I haven't play a lot, didn't have much time, wanted some fast and quick money and that's not the way to be successful in poker.

I hope that this year I will be more serious about poker and that pokerwise it would be a better year for me.

I didn't win anything in 2021 because I didn't play, but now I'm back and in 2022 I aim to win at least $ 1000 by the summer because I'll have more poker time

Not yet! I'm totally in the iron and out of control in the search for a miracle lol, I have a great opportunity on the 30th of this month, I won a seat in an 888Poker freeroll for the big event of XL Winter.

Lost my shirt in cash games, as always. And Canadian players seem to have an inordinate amount of luck for some reason I noticed. Have a look out for that in 2022!!
Haha - so funny. Thanks for the respect. Nah, Canadians don't have the market cornered on 'luck'. It is all skill!!! If you see us on the tables, fold your blinds, fold your pocket Aces, just kiss your chips goodbye.
As for profits in 2021 - I am up a small amount, but I only play about 8 hours a week, and most of those games are against my friends in a 'Home Game' we have set up on PokerStars.
Here's wishing you well in 2022.
