Hi, I'll give you some advice:

Be objective,

Use formal logic.

Everything else is secondary.

Hi! I always recommend to learn ranges. When to fold or call, when to raise, when to re-raise, and from which position. Is something that you learn with dedication, patience and practice, step by step.
Here you have a free 30 days course that guides you through many basic concepts.

Watch a lot of youtube videos on th3 basics then play freerolls/low stakes and build up. Be patient, don't play trash hands and play your big hands strong!

Play tight. Not only is a tight pre-flop range the best approach for low and micro stakes poker, better hands are easier to play post-flop. So start out very tight and as you get more comfortable playing post-flop, widen your pre-flop ranges a little but always err on the side of tightness.

Bet aggressively when strong. Resist the temptation to limp. Instead open with a good size. Post-flop value bet your strength, especially in position. Out of position, you will usually check even when strong at least on the flop. On turn you can bring more aggression. Study bet sizing. There are plenty of articles and videos on opening ranges and bet sizing.

Pay attention to position and be in position as much as possible. You want to be the last to act post-flop as often as possible. If you are out of position you want to compensate for that disadvantage with better cards so when deciding your strategy pre-flop be even tighter if you are in an early or even middle position seat. This means that you may open only 15-20% (or maybe even less) of all hands from early and middle position, but then you can open 35-40% from cutoff and button (the last 2 seats) and as you get more comfortable post-flop widen that late position range to 45 or even 50% to get really ballsy. This will give you position post-flop more often and position is a BIG advantage. This cannot be stressed enough. Most players understand that position is an advantage. No, it's a BIG advantage. Repeat: position is a BIG BIG advantage, especially for a new player who is inexperienced post-flop.

With these techniques you will be folding probably 70% of all hands at minimum pre-flop. If this is boring, open up a second table. It may seem daunting at first but when you are folding 70-75% pre-flop as you should it's not nearly as hard as it seems (unless you are playing on a phone). Try it and soon you will want 3 tables. I actually play better, more focused when I have at least 2 tables going as I'm not tempted to play out of my range when card-dead. If I'm feeling really sharp and focused I will play 4 or sometimes 5 tables at once but usually stick to 2 or 3.
