When I started, I only could get through that building and broking circle by sticking into a good bankroll management.

I started from scratch playing only freerolls. A few months and the situation improves significantly. All you need is free time and patience.

If you lose all your poker money, then there are basically two possible reasons, why this happened:

1) You were not following any kind of reasonable bankroll management
2) You are not beating even the cheapest version of the games, you played

If its 1), then the solution is to deposit, whatever amount of money you can afford, and then implement proper bankroll management. If for instance you play cash games and can only afford to deposit $150, then you play 5NL, regardless which stakes you were playing before. If you drop below $100 and have no intention or ability to deposit more, you move down to 2NL with no excuses or delays.

If its 2), then the solution is to either study and improve OR find a different game, that you can beat. Like maybe you were playing 9-man SnGs on PokerStars paying 15-16% rake in the micros. Then you switch to 32-man games instead, where you only pay 10% rake in the micros. Or maybe you try cash games to see, if these suit you better. Or you try a different site, where games are softer and/or you get a better rake deal.
