Of course. You can stop, for example, when you're playing computer games, or when you're working, or when you're watching TV series. You don't have to play until you're sick.

Znati kako stati također je dio igre.

Kad sam umoran ili mi se vrti u glavi, nastavak igranja općenito samo pogoršava rezultate. Ponekad bi najbolja odluka bila jednostavno prestati igrati?
One of the signs that you stop playing is the loss of your bankroll. 🤣🤣

I always end my session the moment I start feeling fatigued or if it just feels like luck isn't on my side that day...

It happens to me when I don't feel like it; it's obvious you're doing it without enthusiasm or motivation, so you're going to lose money. I stop playing for 2-3 days at most; this happens to me about 10 times a year

When you're tired, you're not at your best. When it arrives, most of the time stopping will have been the better choice. Poker will still be there later.
As for the warning signs, they vary from person to person. Getting tilted more easily, playing more hands than usual...

Sometimes I get dizzy on an Amusement Park ride but never on a poker table. I guess if I did suddenly feel dizzy while playing poker that might be a good time to stop.

There are two options:

1) When the game loses its meaning and is no longer enjoyable.

2) When we are putting our bankroll at risk, for whatever reason... (tilt, fatigue, etc...)

One of the most important poker skills isn't knowing when to bet it's knowing when to walk away.
If you're tired, frustrated, distracted, or making decisions based on emotion rather than logic, it's probably time for a break. Chasing losses and forcing action rarely leads to good results.
I've learned that protecting my mindset is just as important as protecting my bankroll. A clear mind makes better decisions, and better decisions lead to better long-term results.
Sometimes the strongest move in poker isn't going all-in it's logging off and coming back refreshed.

For me, it’s all about monitoring my mental state and decision-making, not my bankroll or the clock.
