People love to call suited aces and ruin your day, keep that in mind.
I once ruined my tournament open-shoving about 15BB with QQ and got called by Ax, then an Ace appeared on the flop. It was not far away from the bubble but I was not yet in the bubble yet, so I had to double my stack to get myself in.

I don't have raw data to back it up, but I swear my kings are busted by A rag calling a 3/4 bet more then anything. 🤣

I think it's more profitable to have a client post-flop, making a mini-raine or continuation bet followed by another raise. But a straight shove is good too, especially in freerolls.

You will lose more often than winning.

People have already shown the precise math here, but you can also adjust the chance of this being likely based on how the action goes. They math displayed only shows the chance of KK against AA preflop. This unlikely situation will occasionally come up, but that doesn't mean you have to get a bad beat from it every time.

It definitely feels that way due to confirmation bias, but the actual math is way lower since the odds of another player holding AA when you have KK in a full-ring game sit at around five percent. Still, running into that pre-flop cooler is incredibly memorable, which is why tracking true statistical variance matters.

well here is the thing, you are only going to get called with a very strong hand, so be prepared for it.

Generally or while playing online ?? Well online its very common to have KK , go all in , only to see [he other having AA , it's sth less likely to happen in live or real poker . I have encountered this especially at cash game tables .

It definitely feels that way sometimes. 😅 Every time I get all the money in with KK, I'm already preparing myself to see AA. In reality, it happens far less often than it feels, but those spots stick in your memory because they're so painful. I still wouldn't think twice about getting it in preflop with kings.
