Live Poker is the best

I have always had the BEST experience playing poker live & I wish i had the opportunity to go and play Live more - some people only play live tournament poker! Now thats discipline i wish i could have! I dont know why i play online when i think about how much more enjoyable live is and how much less of a grind it is. Im going to have a look for some local pub games in my area of Bristol Uk. Does anyone else struggle to get out and play live and who else thinks live is more enjoyable than online? Its way more sociable thats for sure. Maybe my opinion will change after i play some poker throughout the cards chat community spring league. See you at the felts CC community virtual or otherwise.

I've been playing online poker for many years and I've always wanted to play live, one day I'll organize myself to start playing live poker.

There is a live tourney in my neighborhood that is a lot of fun. It’s weekly but I try to limit to monthly to stick to a budget. The nearest casino is 120 miles away, but there are some local cash games that I might consider at some point.

Live poker and online poker are very different games. But personally I am interested in both. So far I only play online, but I hope one day I will be able to take part in a real live tournament.

All poker is amazing but Live is definitely a special feeling. The nerves and emotions hit different for me. Winning means way more to me Live(well it will if I ever win a tournament ha).

I am lucky to live in Zagreb, where I can participate in live poker tournaments almost every day. Lucky Casino organizes live tournaments. This month he held an excellent SPT Main Event with an entrance fee of 200 euros and a prize fund of 70, 000 euros. The tournament attracted 720 entries and a prize pool of 119,000 euros. The winner took home a respectable 30,000 euros.

Sure, live poker is a lot more fun than playing online, but the nearest poker room to me is 35 km away where I can play live. I think there are many people who are in an even worse situation. Online poker is accessible to everyone in today's world. This is the reality.

It must feel completely different from online poker. That's because you have to read the other players face to face and you also feel the pressure of everyone watching their reactions while playing.

I agree, it is the best. Or at least for what I was seeking. I began playing tournament poker nearly eight years ago because I wanted to do something competitive again. Previously I've shot smallbore rifle and sporting clays competitively. I'd enjoyed the comradery that comes along with participating in a sport where you get to know your competitors, and enjoy their company.

Playing tournament poker here in New England has provided that for me.

For now, I still think the same, but I haven't had the chance to play in a big or important tournament, so I can't give a definitive opinion. That said, I've enjoyed a home poker game with friends more than any online game; there's never a shortage of laughs.
